This talk will explore the houses through the lenses of two distinct journeys planets make every day: an ascent from the invisible world below the earth to the place of maximum visibility at the midheaven; and a descent from visibility into the underworld culminating at the IC and in the house of the Goddess. Orienting through the Planetary Joys, the Angles, and the Gates of Hades, we will dimensionalize the houses through myth and story associated with these journeys.
